2. What is personal training?

Personal Training is a specialized fitness service. Personal trainers vary in qualifications, experience and scope of practice with most tending to apply their own training techniques and preferences to their clients training programs as well—but just because your trainer is a bodybuilder or fitness competitor doesn't mean its ideal for you to train like them to achieve YOUR goals. The truth is they are defined by what they do in the gym, you are defined by what you do away from the gym.

At AE we embrace a holistic approach to personal training centered by a philosophy of functional movement. Our coaches are not just trainers, they are former elite athletes and performance specialists with only one main priority—-helping you reach your individual goals.
