New Group Fitness Classes Underway at AE Canmore:

A whole new suite of group fitness and yoga classes have arrived at Athletic Evolution in Canmore. Classes include spin classes, circuit training and a complete range of yoga classes.

Athletic Evolution opened its doors in Canmore right in time for 2009! AE is located at the premises formerly occupied by PerformX Training Centre under completely new ownership, with new state-of-the-art equipment and a whole new energizing atmosphere. Athletic Evolution is Canmore’s premiere training centre; offering fitness club memberships, fitness classes, personal training, athlete training and much more.

Welcome Hockey Canada:

We are pleased to announce that Athletic Evolution is once again privileged to be the official strength & conditioning provider for Hockey Canada’s Development Program in 2009. AE Coaches will provide conditioning services for Hockey Canada's up and coming athletes this summer.

Welcome Rugby Canada Women's Team:

Athletic Evolution is thrilled to welcome the Rugby Canada Women’s Squad. AE will be providing testing and conditioning services to the national women's rugby program as they prepare for the Nations Cup in August 2008 and Women's World Cup in 2010.
