Join Athletic Evolution Boot Camp & step on to the fast track toward a stronger, leaner, healthier body!
AE Boot Camp is an 8 week high intensity outdoor training program that will take you out of your comfort zone and on the fast-track toward serious results. All levels of fitness are welcome & will be put through their paces by our highly experienced professional trainers. Sessions are held outdoors around downtown Calgary from April until October.
What to Expect:
This is not a typical boot camp made up of excessive running & random repeats. AE Boot Camp is the real deal - a totally professional training program integrating full body strength, core strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, agility, power, crossfit, expert nutritional guidance and more.
You will have the option to train either 2 or 3 times weekly over eight weeks and sessions will progressively become more challenging.
The focus of your training will be on playing hard and moving with purpose to develop a stronger, leaner body that is more functional in every way. Whatever your current level of fitness, AE Boot Camp will welcome you, challenge you and permanently change your concept of training.
Activities:
On any given day, Athletic Evolution Boot Camp includes a variety of activities from running, stair climbing & skipping - to resistance training, agility drills, team challenges, crossfit and use of performance equipment. AE provides all the necessary gear, all you need to bring is water and a can-do attitude.
Sessions are conveniently located at Prince's Island Park just across from downtown Calgary with a variety of convenient parking options available.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, become fitter, break out of a plateau or simply change things up - AE Boot Camp can help you reach your goals. This program is a fantastic way to experience top-end training for a fraction of the cost.
The Inside Story:
I've attended various boot camps but AE Boot Camp is hands-down the absolute best! The coaches are always upbeat and changing things up. Everyone is really friendly & motivational. Our coaches ask a lot from us & run a very challenging session but make us feel that they have confidence in our ability which keeps me motivated to give it my all!
I loved the location, the trainers and my fellow bootcampers. I think I made some great progress in strength and endurance. I really enjoyed being part of the group, it made me work harder than I normally would.
I loved AE Boot Camp and it definitely helped me achieve my goals! It was great to see, and feel, the difference in my body. I have never been in such good shape and miss the consistent intense work-outs now that they are over for the season.

Need to Know:
Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Registration can be made directly from our website by selecting "Buy Now" from the programs above. Alternately, you can register over the phone or via email.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the program start date. No refunds will be issued after this time. Registration is for the program as a whole and concessions cannot be made for classes you do not attend. Participants will however have the option to make up any classes missed during our alternate session time. There will be no classes on statutory holidays.
This program is suitable for all levels of fitness but is not suited for those in a severely de-conditioned state. People requiring customized programming are advised to seek one-on-one personal training with AE.
