AE Boot Camp is an 8 wk high intensity training program that will take you out of your comfort zone & on the fast-track toward serious results. All levels of fitness are welcome & will be put through their paces by our highly experienced team of professional trainers in a fun & motivational group setting.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
AE Boot Camp is not your stereotypical boot camp made up of random running & excessive repeats. AE Boot Camp is the real deal - a professional fitness training program integrating total body strength, core strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, agility, flexibility, power, expert nutritional guidance, goal setting and more.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, become fitter, break out of a plateau or simply change things up - AE Boot Camp can help you reach your goals. Sessions are held indoors at AE during the winter months, and outdoors around Canmore during the summer.

ACTIVITIES:
On any given day, activities range from running, biking, climbing and jumping rope - to resistance training, circuit training, agility drills, team challenges, dynamic stretching, crossfit, TRX suspension training, and use of performance equipment. AE provides all the necessary gear, all you need to bring is water and a can-do attitude.
All classes take place at Athletic Evolution Fitness Centre.
NEED TO KNOW:
Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the program start date. No refunds will be issued after this time without medical verification. Registration is for the program as a whole and concessions cannot be made for classes you fail to attend. Participants will however have the option to make up any classes missed during our alternate session time where available. There will be no classes on statutory holidays.
This program is suitable for all levels of fitness but is not suited for those with chronic medical issues or those in a severely de-conditioned state. People looking for customized or individual programming should enquire with AE about personal training.
